Please be aware of your insurance coverage and benefits, as you are responsible for any costs that are not covered by insurance. Payments such as copays and payments towards deductible are expected at the time of the appointment.

Fees

If you are not using insurance and paying out-of-pocket, the fees are as follows for 2026:
Sessions up to 45 minutes: $150
Sessions up to 60 minutes $200
Payments will be automatically charged after appointments.

Couples

Couples therapy sessions are private pay only at $250-$300 per session.
Kosmer Mental Health Counseling will not diagnose a specific mental health disorder for couples treatment, and insurance will not be billed for this service.
