Alyssa is a secular therapist providing evidence-based psychotherapy interventions informed by the latest research on cultic studies and trauma treatment. She has expertise in helping survivors to recover from high demand groups and narcissistic abuse, and a knowledge of how cult dynamics keep individuals shackled to a system of beliefs. She provides her clients with a safe and supportive space, and works to deepen self-awareness and foster self-compassion. Alyssa is certified in Integrated Trauma Studies by The Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in NYC, a 2-year post-graduate training, and is an active member of The International Cultic Studies Association (ICSA).
