Alyssa Kosmer provides psychotherapy for adults and couples, specializing in the treatment of acute, lifelong, and intergenerational trauma, depression, anxiety, and issues pertaining to relationships, life-transitions, gender, and sexuality. She provides her clients with a safe and supportive space, and works to deepen self-awareness and to foster self-compassion. Alyssa is certified in Integrated Trauma Studies by The Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in NYC.
