Alyssa Kosmer is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She provides psychotherapy for adults, specializing in the treatment of acute and intergenerational trauma, recovery from narcissistic abuse, coercive control, and undue influence. She provides her clients with a safe and supportive space, and works to deepen self-awareness and to foster self-compassion. Alyssa is certified in Integrated Trauma Studies by The Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in NYC, a 2-year post-graduate training.
