Alyssa Kosmer provides psychotherapy for adults, specializing in the treatment of acute and intergenerational trauma, recovery from narcissistic abuse, and cult recovery. She provides her clients with a safe and supportive space, and works to deepen self-awareness and to foster self-compassion. Alyssa is certified in Integrated Trauma Studies by The Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in NYC, a 2-year post-graduate training.
